Integrity Alert Point
At CCI, integrity and security are paramount. To prevent wrongdoing, we take proactive measures, raise awareness and promote open communication. Sometimes, despite our efforts, a situation arises that requires attention. As part of our whistle-blower scheme, we therefore offer our employees, suppliers, trainees and other stakeholders the opportunity to report suspected wrongdoing safely and confidentially.
What is a wrongdoing?
An wrongdoing is a situation where the public interest is compromised, for example by:
- Violation of laws or regulations
- Danger to public health or safety of persons
- Damage to the environment
- Serious wrongdoing within the organisation, such as improper governance
Notifications should be based on reasonable grounds.
Who can file a report?
CCI's whistleblowing policy applies to anyone who has a working relationship (current, former or future) with us, such as:
- Employees and former employees
- Trainees and volunteers
- Suppliers and (sub)contractors
- Self-employed and contractors
- Members of the Supervisory Board
How can a report be made?

You can report in writing, orally or by interview on request. Anonymous reporting is possible. After your report, you will receive confirmation of receipt within seven days. Within three months you will hear what steps have been taken as a result of your report.
Confidentiality and protection
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. We ensure that your personal data and identity remain protected. Reporters are protected from adverse consequences as long as they make their report honestly and to the best of their knowledge.
